Roland qualified as a lawyer in 1991 and has been a specialist lawyer for Transport and Shipping law.
Education: He studied jurisprudence at the Hamburg University; there he worked as a grader for public law for two years. He did his internship with the Hanseatische Oberlandesgericht (Hanseatic Higher Regional Court).
