Andreas qualified as a lawyer in 1992 and has been a specialist lawyer for labour law since 1997.
Education: He went to the Hamburg University and did his internship in Schleswig-Holstein.
Publications: Co-author of the manual “Dismissal” (“Kündigung”, Publishing House “Recht und Praxis”), co-editor and co-author of the book “The legal status of executives in the company” (“Rechtsstellung der Führungskräfte im Unternehmen”, CH Beck, 2006).
Foreign languages: English.
Focus: Collective labour law, particularly industrial constitution law, collective bargaining law, corporate reorganisations, individual labour law as well as contractual relationships of boards of directors and managing directors.
