Justus qualified as a lawyer in 2003 and has been a specialist lawyer for labour law since 2006.
Education: He went to the Bayreuth University (he graduated in business law in 2000); did his internship in Bamberg, Coburg and Hamburg.
Foreign languages: English and French.
Focus: Individual and collective labour law, particularly industrial constitution law, collective bargaining law, corporate pensions, compensation systems as well as contractual relationships of boards of directors and managing directors.
Instructor of a training company for labour law (Schulungsgesellschaft “Praxisseminar Arbeitsrecht“).
