Manfred qualified as a lawyer in 1991 and has been a specialist lawyer for labour law since 1997.
Education: He went to the university in Hamburg and Cologne.
Publications: Co-editor and author of the book “The Legal Status of executives in the company” (“Rechtsstellung der Führungskräfte im Unternehmen”, CH Beck, 2006), co-author of the practical manual “Dismissal” (“Kündigung”), several essays.

Focus: Collective labour law, particularly industrial constitution law, collective bargaining law, corporate reorganisations, individual labour law as well as contractual relationships of boards of directors and managing directors.
