Labour Law

A main focus of our work is on labour law. We are primarily representing the side of the entrepreneur.

Manfred Confurius and Andreas Breezmann are managing and shaping this area. Both are known beyond the city limits of Hamburg as specialist lawyers consulting large corporations. We serve all aspects of individual and collective labour law as well as adjacent areas of the law, such as the law concerning Boards of Management, CEOs and sales representatives. In addition, we also handle commutation law, corporation law and questions on business issues with respect to their labour law connections. For example, we design and support corporate structures while still in their entrepreneurial planning stages in order to be able to influence and control the aspects relevant for labour law from the beginning. We create designs for balancing interests and social plans, negotiate them for you with the negotiation committee and support you during their implementation.

Depending on their individual requirements, our clients decide whether they engage us as unobtrusive advisors behind the scenes or as their frontline representatives in the company or in court.

Our office works closely with a training company for labour law (Schulungsgesellschaft “Praxisseminar Arbeitsrecht“).
