As we had already been serving our clients for a long time, the transaction consultation developed into a general consultation as regards to corporation and competition law. We will inspect and design your business contracts and defend your concerns in court as well. In this respect, questions regarding corporate succession, particularly for medium-sized businesses, are gaining in importance.
